Inquiry With Intent
Every unforgettable wedding starts with a solid inquiry.
You can schedule an inquiry phone call, and we’ll walk through your wedding day ideas. This is where I learn your vision, your vibe, and what matters to you that will make your wedding day special.
We’ll go over music expectations, and desires so we can confidently choose the experience that will make your day unforgettable.
Collaborate Openly
You’re part of the process every step of the way.
Your wedding isn’t something I just show up to… it’s something we build together.
I also believe your other vendors are a vital part of the experience, from planners to photographers and even your catering staff. I make it a priority to connect with everyone involved in your day so everything runs smoothly and the energy stays aligned.
When everyone is on the same page, your wedding day should be effortless.
Plan with Purpose
Every wedding is one of a kind, but the goal never changes creating an experience where you can fully enjoy every moment, from start to finish.
Approximately six weeks before your wedding, you’ll receive a customized timeline to begin shaping the flow of your day.
Then in 2–3 weeks out, you’ll schedule a final call with me to walk through your completed timeline.
We’ll cover everything from timing, key songs, special dances, and all the moments in between. This step ensures your celebration isn’t just organized, but intentional, seamless, and truly yours.
When the details are dialed in, all that’s left to do is ENJOY THE MOMENT
Executing Your Plan
When your big day arrives, everything is already in motion.
I’ll arrive 2 hours before your wedding to set up equipment, conduct soundcheck with your officiant, connect with your vendors and go through a final review of your timeline with your planner.
This ensures a smooth flow with no surprises so every moment happens exactly as you intended
The last and final step is to say “I DO”
